Our Retreats
Our retreats are for those who feel called to go deeper.
To learn.
To listen.
To slow down.
To step beyond familiar ways of seeing and enter spaces of authentic encounter.
To immerse themselves in Indigenous wisdom, Middle Eastern mystical traditions, community, ritual, and the living intelligence of nature.
These retreats are an invitation into connection, with self, spirit, earth, and one another. A space to move beyond separation and rediscover belonging, shared humanity, and the deeper threads that connect us all.

Teaching retreats
Originating in Tepoztlán, Mexico, these immersive retreats offer a deep exploration of Indigenous wisdom traditions, personal growth, and holistic approaches to healing.
Designed for those who feel called to deepen their understanding of traditional practices and transformative pathways, the programmes typically run for up to ten days and combine teachings, workshops, and experiential learning with respected elders, guides, and facilitators from Mexico and South America.
Participants engage in a rich programme of somatic, spiritual, creative, and community-based practices, including breathwork, music and song, drum-making, nature immersion, sweat lodge ceremonies, personal and group reflection, traditional cleansing rituals, and integration circles.
Alongside these experiences, participants are supported through periods of rest, nourishing organic food, and attentive personal care. The retreats provide an opportunity to explore different worldviews, deepen one's relationship with self, nature, and community, and gain a greater appreciation for the cultural traditions from which these practices emerge.
At their heart, these retreats are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, learn, and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging in the world.

dieta retreats
Traditionally practised across parts of South America, a Dieta is an immersive period of retreat and learning guided by Indigenous elders, healers, or local families. Lasting from several days to a number of weeks, it combines time in nature with specific dietary and lifestyle practices designed to encourage reflection, restoration, and a deeper connection with oneself and the natural world.
Often described as a return to simplicity, a Dieta invites participants to step away from the distractions of daily life and cultivate greater balance between body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Our programmes are available for both groups and individuals seeking personal renewal, self-discovery, or support through periods of transition. We work closely with the Shuar people of the Ecuadorian Amazon, where traditional practices continue to play an important role in community life, cultural preservation, and personal development.
Simple and nourishing food, periods of silence and reflection, limited external distractions, time in nature, traditional knowledge, and one-to-one guidance form the foundation of the experience. These retreats offer a unique opportunity to learn from Indigenous wisdom traditions while deepening one's relationship with self, community, and the living world.

Private retreats
A private retreat may be the right choice for those seeking a more personalised experience, whether due to individual circumstances, a desire for greater privacy, specific personal intentions, or particular accessibility requirements.
Each retreat is carefully tailored to the needs of the individual or group and can be arranged in a variety of settings. Participants receive dedicated guidance before, during, and after the experience, creating a supportive environment for reflection, personal growth, and meaningful transformation.
Drawing on a range of traditional and contemporary practices, these bespoke retreats offer space to step away from daily life, reconnect with what matters most, and explore new perspectives in a safe, supportive, and intentional setting.
